Oxygen Bryant
Oxygen Bryant.
That's what you call Optimus Prime.
This is a very belated post and I always intended to post sooner and more consistently, but so much gets in the way, we are both so tired, and time just flies.
You are now 3, turning 4 next month. It's been a long, hard journey since my last post.
You have eczema, which you're starting to grow out of now. But when it was bad, it was a very difficult time for everyone. You scratched a lot, to the point of making yourself bleed. Especially at night where you developed this routine of waking up 2-3 times a night just to scratch. It was usually me who stayed up to rub your back to put you back to sleep so you wouldn't scratch. But I can't stay awake all night, and sometimes we wake up with your blood all over the sheets.
Because of this, and a lot of other things, there have been a lot of fights between your mother and I. Marriage is tough, I never knew it would be this hard. But then again, no one tells you these things. I wish I had someone tell me. So maybe one day I will tell you, to help you avoid the mistakes I made.
You're at a very cute age now. You are generally a very good boy, you're not too naughty but you like to tease and joke around. You're sociable enough, but we haven't educated you much academically so your reading and writing isn't too good. But I'm not worried, there's plenty of time for that.
For now I just want you to have fun and I love watching you have fun. You'll probably forget this but right now on most days I am taking you to the Zetland playground after childcare. You have friends there such as Zion, Mikey, Milana, Linda, Koa, Nelly, Josh, Noah and Louie. It's great to see you playing with all the other kids. A little bit of your personality is starting to show.
